With the development of democratic system in China, more and more people are willing to take part in the decision-making problems. In order to ensure smooth decision-making and good implementation results, some researchers focus on decisionmaker' assessment information on alternatives, and try to improve the consensus degree based on the similarity of the assessment information. However, few of the decision making models consider about the impact of the social relations among the decisionmakers on the conflict. Therefore, how to build a complete social network and explore the visualization and resolution of conflict among decision-makers are very important in improving the scientificity and effectiveness of decision-making model. The proposed group decision-making model is divided into three parts: First part is to complete the information of the initial social network by establishing a relationship propagating operator, calculating the indirect relationship between the decision-makers.The second part is to define the conflict degree and the conflict network by combining the relationship information and assessment information of the decision-makers.Then we explore the visualization of conflicts among decision-makers by the social network analysis, and obtain the efficient conflict resolution by establishing the mathematical optimization algorithm. In the last part, based on the degree of conflict of decision makers,a new definition method for decision makers' weight is introduced, and the selection and ranking process for alternatives are built by using information aggregation operators. Finally,an illustrative example is carried out to show the validity and feasibility of the proposed group decision-making model.By presenting a dynamic group decision-making model for conflict identification and resolution, this study will provide solutions for group decision-making problems in real life, and thus reduce conflicts caused by decision-making problems and enhance the implementation effect of decision-making.
