With the rapid development of Internet and information technology, modern groups and organizations are in in the era of information explosion, The decision-making problems which they are participating in are not solved solely depending on personal knowledge and ability, but collecting the wisdom of experts in different levels and different areas. The decision-making many people involved in is known as group decision-making. Due to the incompatible of decision-making ability and knowledge background among members, as well as the complexity of the decision-making problem conflict is inevitable in group decision-making. How to manage the conflict effectively among group members, which determines the quality of group decision making directly. If there are not effective management methods to deal with these conflict problems in group decision-making, at best, the whole group will be caught in the situation of repeated discussion, causing the waste of people, force, and resources, at worst, turning violent, disturbing social order. Therefore, it is imperative to manage the conflict in group decision-making.At present, the research of group decision has obtained some achievements at home and abroad, which focus on mathematical model study of the concentration of group preference opinions and consistency analysis research, while the conflict management research in group decision-making is lack. The emphasis of research work in this thesis includes the following three aspects.(1)The thesis combed the connotation, causes, and types of conflict, and so on, and has carried on a summary analysis of the conflict management problems in group decision-making from the view of conflict individuals and conflict opinions, and has learned the current research perspectives and research methods in the field, doing the matting for the ongoing study.(2) The thesis which constructs the management model of conflict opinions in group decision-making, puts forward the algorithm of measuring the conflict degree among group members firstly, and then defines the conflict index causing the conflict among group members, at the same time, proposed a new method of processing the defined index, to some degree, enriching the theoretical system of conflict management research in group decision making.(3) The thesis verified the effectiveness of the proposed model through mathematical proof and example analysis. |
