With the economic structure of China is changing unceasingly since 2000,the third-party certification industry has become one of the best prospection and the fastest growing industry in China.How to reduce the operating costs and improve the quality of services to customers has become an urgent need for institutions.TR company is one of the most famous the third-party certification body around the world.The object of this paper is the service process of the TR company systems line.The study will base on the six sigma theory,analysis the customer service satisfaction of systems line,try to find the problems in this service process by the DMAIC model,to improve the service process,then finally to make the assure policy to execute the new process in systems line.The result of the study will be benefit of systems lines of TR Company.The competitiveness will be increased through the improvement of the operation performance and the improvement of customer satisfaction.The study will provide a level playing field for the third-party certification industry.The certification bodies can reduce operational cost and provide better services to their customers by improving internal business processes to improve their competitiveness.Ultimately,it can reduce the vicious price competition in the market,and it will make a positive meaning for the certification industry.
