Study On Business Process Optimization Of Product Certification Of A Quality Certification Body

With the development of market economy,the quality of products has been paid more and more attention.The demand for certification has gradually increased,and the certification industry has formed a huge market.At present,China’s certification market is orderly opening,certification bodies will be market-oriented development.This requires the certification body to respond positively,transformed certification executive bodies for certification service bodies.How to guaranteed the quality of certification and shorten the certification cycle,providing enterprise with efficient and quality services,put forward higher requirements for certification bodies.This thesis is based on the service characteristics of certification body,using fishbone analysis method to find out the factors of certificate loss,and using the methods of work study and process analysis in Industrial Engineering to find out the factors of affecting the certification process.Put forward improved scheme based the on the optimization of a quality certification body certification business process.Based on customer-center,combine 5W1 H and ECRS analysis technology to optimize the business process of product certification,and certification management system,simplify certification process,eliminate repetitive work in the process of certification,Reduce certification waiting time,Optimize the allocation,fully and rationally utilize resources and distribute the product certification business,Improve work efficiency and certification service quality,solve the problem that enterprises require the speed of certification to conflict with the requirements of certification bodies and guarantee the quality of certification,evaluate the optimized certification process and put forward safeguard measures.This thesis,by studying of the optimization of the business process of the quality certification body,to achieve effective shortening of the certification cycle,improve customer satisfaction and loyalty,while ensuring the validity of product certification.And optimize the product certification process and business management operation system evaluation,research conclusions for other quality certification bodies to improve the process of reference.
