Research On The Influencing Factors Of Urban Residents' Intelligent Travel Intentions Based On Theory Of Planned Behavior

With the development of urbanization,the contradiction between the limited supply of road capacity and the rapid growth of traffic demand is becoming more and more acute.Traffic problems,such as traffic congestion,have become serious obstacles to the sustainable development of the city.The development of the Internet provides a new way,developing intelligent transportation with advanced information technology,to solve above problems.The intelligent travel of urban residents is not only closely related to daily life,but also an important part of intelligent transportation.It is significant for the government,enterprises and urban residents to guide the urban residents' intelligent travel intentions.Based on the theory of planned behavior(TPB)proposed by Ajzen,this research used data mining technology to extract the feature items by text mining in R language,taking a sample of Chinese literature related to TPB,thus identifying the extended variables supplemented for the TPB.Moreover,on the basis of the analysis process of structural equation modeling in the social science research,explored the influencing factors of urban residents' intelligent travel intentions.First of all,combining with literature analysis,this research reviewed the development and research status of Intelligent Transport System,TPB and intelligent travel,and points out the deficiencies in related research.Then,on the basis of the expansion on variables in TPB,the expansion model of TPB was constructed.Through the questionnaire survey,the relevant experimental data were obtained,and the model was modified.Finally,according to the analysis results,put forward some suggestions to the government and enterprises,in order to correctly guide the intelligent travel intentions of urban residents,and promote the development of intelligent travel.Some conclusions are drawn from the research.Firstly,the viewpoints of relationship between attitude,subjective norm,perceived behavioral control and behavioral intention in traditional TPB are applicable to the research on intelligent travel intention,including attitude of the greatest influence,subjective norm followed.Secondly,the subjective norm has little effect on the attitude.Thirdly,intelligent travel cognition for the attitude and intention of a significant impact,deepening the cognition can make urban residents be more inclined to take intelligent travels.Fourthly,social propaganda has a significant positive impact on the attitude,while the impact on the intention is not significant.Finally,traffic policy has a significant positive impact on the attitude and intention,the positive guidance of traffic policies can effectively improve the attitude and induce the intention.
