Study On Training Mode Of Professional Farmers In New Era

Entering the new era,building a well off society in all respects has become the theme of this era.The issues concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers are the key to the successful realization of this strategic task.The improvement of farmers' quality is both the tongs and the key to solve the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,especially since the reform and opening up,China has carried out a lot of productive exploration and practice in the field of farmer training,and fruitful results and a lot of valuable experience are achieved.But facing the present situation and task,the farmer training in our country,especially the professional farmer training appears insufficient.This paper is based on the new theory of “agriculture,rural areas and farmers”,the theory of farmer differentiation,and the theory of farmer quality improvement.Taking the training activities of farmers in the industry-university-research base of Binxian as the research object,this paper analyzes and summarizes the experience and deficiency of current training of farmers,and researches the needs of professional farmer training in the new era.Focusing on the correlation and interaction between the training of farmers and the development of “agriculture,rural areas and farmers” in Binxian,this paper proposes the mode innovation of professional farmer training in the new era from four aspects: design principle,structural design,functional design and mechanism design,and conducts the effect test and feasibility analysis.The mode innovation of professional farmer training proposed in this paper is “government-led,with project as the platform,industry-university-research base as the main body,recruit voluntary training objects,select training objects,respect market rules,take benefit as the traction,and realize benefit maximization”.According to this mode innovation,the following policy suggestions are proposed: the government should give full play to its leading role;In the training,focusing on actual results,focusing on the selection of training objects,and strengthening cooperation with different subjects;The training subject and the training object should establish the mechanism of interest sharing and risk sharing and constantly strengthen information communication.
