| The agriculture of our country is developing rapidly,and the concept of new professional farmers has injected fresh content into our country’s agricultural development and rural revitalization.How to build a good and effective training mechanism for new-type professional farmers to promote the further development of the country’s agricultural and rural areas is an important issue faced by the China’s agricultural relevant departments.This report takes Weixian,Handan City,Hebei Province as the research object.The development status of pear industry in Weixian was analyzed by using the methods of literature analysis,quantitative analysis,questionnaire,field investigation and interview survey.This thesis analyzes the development status of Weixian pear industry from the aspects of personnel composition,type and quantity of existing new professional fruit farmers in Weixian pear industry.The main results are as follows.1.The new-type professional farmers are older and generally have lower education levels.In terms of age,45 to 60 years old accounted for 78.00%.Over 60 years old accounted for 14.09%.27.49% of them have a junior high school education or above.The new-type professional farmers are composed of technicians,professional technical service organizations,agricultural materials operators,and fruit storage and sales personnel in key villages.From the perspective of planting scales,among the 582 people surveyed,78.35% are farmers whose planting scale is less than 5 acres of land,and 16.16% are farmers whose planting scale is between 5 and 50 acres of land.Large-scale planting households with more than 50 acres of land account for 5.49%.2.According to the training method is based on the combination of teaching and on-site operation,self-media,field observation and experience exchange.The training time follows the progress of the pear phenological period,Organize training at least once a month in the early and late months of the pear tree growing season.The training content includes production management techniques,new agricultural materials and their use effects and fruit storage and marketing.3.The main problem in the training is that there is relatively little knowledge of management,The training content is repetitive and lacks innovation,the selection of training objects is not accurate,and the training and teaching information cannot be effectively disseminated.Strictly control training institutions,improve the quality of training;meet the needs of farmers,diversified training;increase publicity to increase timeliness,and create a good training atmosphereThe training of new-type professional farmers are the main force for the rural revitalization of Weixian.It is also a realistic choice for the development of farmers with Chinese characteristics. |
