In recent years,China's economy has been developing continuously and mobile Internet technology has risen rapidly.The sharing economy model represented by airbnb and uber has gradually been accepted by the public and expanded rapidly around the world.The sharing economy has created a new consumption model of services,widened a new market space and set off a new wave of entrepreneurship.In this context,the adoption of the pile-free vehicle return model is aimed at solving the rapid development and rise of the Shared bicycle industry in the "last mile" of urban residents' transportation.Handan area has a large population,severe air pollution and traffic congestion during rush hour.The emergence of Shared bikes not only greatly facilitated local citizens' short trips,but also relieved traffic congestion and air pollution to a certain extent.At present,OFO,mobike and harrow have formed a certain scale in the Shared bike market in handan region.Among them,mobike has established a number of patents and the first intelligent Shared bike mode,and built the artificial intelligence big data platform to quickly cover all cities at home and abroad.However,currently,mobike is in the dilemma of cost,profit,operation and acquisition.Therefore,the study on the competitive strategy of mobike in handan region is of great practical significance for Beijing mobike company to occupy the leading market of Shared bikes in handan and achieve sustainable development,or to facilitate local residents to take short trips and alleviate traffic congestion and air pollution in local cities.In this paper,the competitive strategy of mobike in handan region under the background of sharing economy is taken as the research object,and the literature analysis method is used to sort out the relevant literature and research results on the competitive strategy of public bicycles,Shared bikes and mobike at home and abroad,providing theoretical support for this study.Use PEST and Porter's five forces model to analyze the competitive environment that affect the development of enterprises.Based on the local bike user requirements,using the method of questionnaire,investigating the usage of the user,and based on the collected data using SPSS statistical analysis method for local respectively different users in hardware,software,services,price perception,profitability,operation management,product publicity six dimension correlation and difference analysis,build up the influence in the region users use the bike will worship Logistic model of influencing factors,find that the effect whether the object worship willing to choose the bike as a travel of the various factors of transportation mainly hardware,software,services and operations management.In addition,with the improvement of the respondents' satisfaction with hardware service,software service and operation management,the respondents were more inclined to choose mobike as their transportation tool.Finally,the paper focuses on analyzing the existing problems from the three significant factors,and makes targeted Suggestions on competitive strategies from the perspectives of further improving cycling quality,upgrading hardware services,precise positioning system,expanding APP functions,improving software services,innovating management mode,regulating cycling chaos and other aspects.The study on the competitive strategy of mobike in the context of sharing economy is conducive to further mastering users' usage demands and habits,constantly optimizing user experience for mobike,especially after being acquired by Meituan,to provide a basis for the realization of refined operation,thus providing Suggestions for industrial progress and the company's own development.
