Along with the rapid development of the domestic tourism industry in recent years,the national income level,travel rate and cost of travel expenses have been rising,and the era of national tourism has arrived,indicating the broad development prospects of the hotel industry.The booming hotel industry has also brought more thoughts on hotel cost management.The traditional hotel cost management method management concept is relatively backward,only looking at the internal part of the hotel to form this part,simply pursuing the reduction of the formation.The strategic cost management method not only focuses on the internal part of the hotel,but also includes the external non-formal factors,more comprehensive and scientific,committed to both internal and external,and obtains more profits and improves business performance with less cost.And strategically enhance the hotel's competitive position and maintain a long-term competitive advantage.7 Days Group Holdings Limited was founded in 2005.After more than ten years of development,the total number of branches has exceeded 2,000,covering a total of 300 cities nationwide.In October 2016,Shihezi 7 Days Premium Hotel Bus Terminal Store officially opened with an investment of 6 million yuan and a business area of 5,000 square meters,totaling 110 rooms.In this paper,Shihezi 7-day high-quality hotel as the research object,through the analysis of 7-day high-quality hotel strategic cost management status quo system research and discussion of strategic cost management theory,find out the shortcomings in the process of strategic cost management,and then optimize the 7-day high-quality hotel strategic cost management.Through defining the strategic orientation of 7-day high-quality hotels,this paper puts forward the measures for optimizing the strategic cost design:(1)grasping the analysis of strategic cost factors and improving the hotel management process;(2)analyzing the internal value chain and optimizing the hotel cost management;(3)improving and perfecting the cost budget assessment system;and(4)improving the construction of the hotel information system.
