Research On The Countermeasures Of The Development Of Farmhouse Tourism In Jilin Province

As the development of economy,the development of happy farmhouse tourism may promote the adjustment of industry pattern of the countryside,transfer the surplus working force,and shorten urban-rural gap.Meanwhile,it may increase peasants' income,improve their living standards,and advance material and spiritual construction of the new countryside.However,present documents don't research adequately to the development of happy farmhouse tourism in Jilin Province.And there are a plenty of issues in the happy farmhouse tourism,so it is urgent to need some policies to conquer the difficulties and promote the development.As an important part of rural tourism,happy farmhouse is a new tourism model emerged in China in 1980 s,which is a leisure operating model run mainly by farmhouses.Some relevant theories,such as core-margin theory,increase pole theory and life cycle of tourism places theory,have some guiding significances to the research and practice of the happy farmhouse tourism.Tourism has been a popular industry sector in Jilin Province,and economic benefits are rising stably and steadily,and its social effects are shown remarkably.The happy farmhouse tourism appears momentum in Jilin Province.New industrial tendency is forming constantly;agricultural function is expanding continually;infrastructure is being completed;the service level is being improved endlessly;product structure is being optimized;product types are being enriched;developing environment is being bettered;and developing circumstances are becoming strongly.Basic experience is to stress the guide of plan,to strengthen the design of the top,to organize and promote its development carefully with all painstaking efforts,to intensify protection and inherit,to propagate farming culture,to cultivate famous brands,to strengthen example driving force,to highlight the lead of the government,to intensify the policy support.The general running models of the happy farmhouse tourism contains the model of catering,the model of leisure holiday,the model of visiting scenery and the model of folk custom and culture.There are some issues in the tourism in Jilin Province,such as the issue between the system of administration and coordination,the issue that the exploration of the inner implication of products can't adapt to the demand of tourism development,the issue that the inadequacy of investment results in incomplete relevant product facilities,the issue that the advantages of products are not sufficient and the popularity is low,the issue that the system of investment is not reasonable and the issue that the concept of tourism industry is out-date.While the issues existing in the happy farmhouse tourism in Jilin Province can be listed as follows.Firstly,the item construction is blind and there is not enough scientific argument or reasonable layout.Secondly,there is a phenomenon of too similar structure.Thirdly,operation and management are not desirable,and disorder competition has brought out great harm.And the reasons result in problems of the happy farmhouse tourism in Jilin Province consist of the following aspects.On the one hand,regulatory management from the government is scanty.On the other,the education level of relevant staff in this industry is not high.The developing design of the tourism in Jilin Province should insist on the principles of integration,basing on the facts,combination between resources and the market,sustainable development,dynamic adjustment,operability and considering benefits all the time,etc.And the development of the happy farmhouse tourism in Jilin Province should be taken into the structure of urban leisure and visiting system,should strengthen the guide from the government,should stipulate the management to the tourism market,and should operate large scale to build a comprehensive integration of happy farmhouses.
