The Study On The Development Of Leisure Agriculture In Ethnic Minority Areas Of Jilin Province

With the rapidlly advancing of urbanization has brought about the rapid expansion of cities and the rapid increase in urban population,at the same time of economic prosperity,also led to the deterioration of the living environment of the city,people are eager to extricate themselves from the heavy work pressure and monotonous pace of life,get close to natrue,adjusting the state of their mind and body.There are various types of leisure activities rising in response to the proper time and conditions in such a situation.Leisure agriculture combines tourism with agricultural production,commendably links up the city and country,meets the need of sprit,becomes a new fashion for urban residents.In recent years,leisure agriculture shows a strong momentum of development in China,shows great effect on promoting the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure,rural economic growth and poverty alleviation,It is of great significance to the development of rural economy and society.The ethnic areas of Jilin province refers to the four ethnic groups in Korean Autonomous Prefecture of Yanbian,Korean Autonomous County of Changbai,Manchu Autonomous County of Yitong and Mongolian Autonomous County of Qian Gorlos.There are good ecology,extensive resources,abundant resources with distinctive national characteristics,distinctive geographical environment and agricultural production activities,these provide a very favorable condition for the development of leisure agriculture.In recent years,in the support of the national policy and under the guidance of local government,the ethnic areas of Jilin Province has made a great progress in increasing farmers’ income by actively developing the leisure agriculture in the process of agricultural production.But the rural economic development has been lagged behind for a long time as the harsh agricultural production conditions in mountainous areas and the increasingly "hollowing-out"structure of the reality of the population,a lot of farmers returned to poverty caused by various reasons.At the same time,lack of funds,high quality professionals,scientific and unified planning,imperfect industrial chain and other issues also seriously restrict the development of leisure agriculture in the ethnic areas.In order to avoid the cold climate,the remote location,imperfect infrastructures and shortage of labor and other restrictive factors of agricultural production with the help of regional advantage,to promote the adjustment of the industrial structure and the poverty alleviation of the villagers,to develop leisure agriculture in accordance with local conditions,leisure agriculture has become an important way to develop the rural economy in minority areas of Jilin Province.This paper starts with Marx’s thought of leisure,introduces the main theories related to the development of leisure agriculture in China,based on all of these,starting from the present situation of the development in ethnic areas in Jilin Province,briefly analyzes the existing problems and restricting factors of the development of leisure agriculture in the four ethnic areas in Jilin,combines with the advantages of the development of leisure agriculture,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to sovle the specific problems,it has important significance to develop leisure agriculture in Jilin minority areas to promote the comprehensive development of rural economy and society.
