Research On R&D Input-output Efficiency Of Large And Medium-sized Industrial Enterprises In Jilin Province

As we all know,the innovation-driven development strategy is the systematic planning and comprehensive deployment of China in the context of a new era.By optimizing the innovation and entrepreneurial environment,promoting the transformation of old and new kinetic energy,realizing technological innovation and industrial upgrading,China will further enhance the overall national strength and social and economic development level.Jilin Province has a good industrial base and abundant natural resources.Under the current situation that the rapid growth of investment is not sustainable and the export is subject to increasing external constraints,Jilin Province has gradually lost its resource advantage and its economic development momentum is insufficient.Large and medium-sized industrial enterprises are a powerful promoter of economic development in Jilin Province,and are also gathering places for all kinds of talent elements,capital elements and innovation resources.The technological innovation efficiencyof large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Jilin Province is not high,which may be one of the important reasons that affect the industrial base of Jilin and the transformation of economic strength of scientific and technological capabilities.This paper conducts a comprehensive comparative analysis and empirical research on the R&D input-output efficiency of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Jilin Province.It comprehensively analyzes the status quo and problems of technological innovation in large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Jilin Province,and proposes reasonable countermeasures and suggestions.This is of great significance for the innovation-driven development of Jilin Province and the stimulation of economic development.At present,academic circles mostly conduct evaluations of scientific and technological activities in developed provinces and cities in the eastern part of the country.There are few studies on scientific and technological activities in large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Jilin Province.On the basis of relevant researches,this paper takes large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Jilin Province as the research object by using data envelopment analysis(DEA)method,and selecting the R&D personnel's full-time equivalents and R&D expenditures as input indicators,and the number of company patents,applications,sales revenue of new products as output indicators in order to research on R&D input-output efficiency of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Jilin Province.The study found that the R&D input-output efficiency of large and medium-sized enterprises in Jilin Province is on the rise,but the overall technical efficiency is overall at a relatively low level.There is R&D input redundancy,and R&D output also has a big shortage.At the same time,there are still some problems in large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Jilin Province,such as large regional differences in R&D input and output efficiency,and low scale efficiency.Based on this,this paper proposes the following suggestions:as the main body of innovation,enterprises are supposed to clarify the direction of innovation and development,and pay attention to scientific and technological investment;to improve the utilization efficiency of R&D resources and create a good environment for innovation;to pay attention to industrial development and increase the conversion rate of R&D results of enterprises;to strengthen guidance and promote balanced development of R&D output.
