Research On The Strategies Of The Attracting Investment Of LS Industry And Trade Zone

Attracting investment is one of the effective tools to promote local economic development.Since China formally joined the WTO with the wave of industrial structure adjustment,there is a trend of establishing science parks all over the country.According to the statistics,up to now there are over 1000 Science Parks in some kinds,and their development mode is versatile: Hatching Machine,Science Park,Technology City,High-tech Industry Park,High-Tech Products export &processing Zone emerge continuously.Based on the related concepts and theories of science park,this thesis introduced the present development situation of LS Industry and Trade Zone,analyzed the operation mode of LS Industry and Trade Zone.Then analyzed the problems in the attracting investment and the reasons resulted to the problems.Absorbing the experience of the American Silicon Valley,Beijing Zhongguancun and Tianjin E-economic Park.Finally the thesis improves the attracting investment strategy of LS industry and trade zone and the guarantee measures of its implementation.
