TS bank business hall as a platform which contact with the client directly,causing huge loss of customers,because of the queuing phenomenon.According to the questionnaire statistics show that customers are not satisfied with long time for queuing.The demand from customer to the service windows is growing higher and higher,but it is necessary to save cost with constant compression window number.From the relation between supply and demand.It is imbalance that customer demand for certain resources,but can not get fully supply.In this paper,we impose the theory of business management and operation to make the research more theoretical and more realistic,we have make investigation,questionnaire survey and data analysis and other research methods to find to the key problem of queuing.After a lot hard work,it finally prove that TS bank customer arrival rate obey the Poisson distribution of discrete events,service window of time interval meet the test condition of negative exponential distribution theory,the related data in accordance with M/M/C condition of single team service queuing model.Thanks to the self-service machine and other equipment,which can shorten the time of windows service,At last,through dynamic open window quantity control,guide customers to come after the peak time,can improve effective pressure drop and the bank service cost,theses study will give bank governor other ways to solve the puzzle.
