Research On Innovation Of People's Livelihood Financial Service

Banking financial institutions,especially large state-owned commercial Banks,are an important force for the development of the national economy.Serving and safeguarding people's livelihood is the goal of all policies of the CPC central committee and the State Council.As important organizations of the national economy,Banking financial institutions also shoulder the mission of safeguarding and serving people's livelihood.In recent years,more and more Banks have taken serving the people's livelihood as an important part of their own operation and development,especially put forward innovative activities of financial services for the people's livelihood in filed of public services like social security,medical care,education,housing.This paper will take service platform of bank and hospital as the research object,explore the content related to the innovation of service in the field of people's livelihood finance for banks,give out strategies of innovative services of people's livelihood finance.We will boost the harmonious and unified development between banking services and the development of people's livelihood.We are committed to giving certain references for fully tapping the social functions of China's state-owned commercial Banks,and better promoting the innovative services of banking financial institutions in the field of people's livelihood.Firstly,this paper introduces the current development and political background of banking financial institutions and medical institutions in recent years.It puts forward the important significance of the research about livelihood financial service innovation for financial development,bank management and giving play to social value,and proposes the research method of selecting multiple cases for exploration.Secondly,through the market segmentation theory and the theory of service marketing,I have organized the information related to the innovation of people's livelihood financial services,and reviewed its researching fruit at home and abroad,summarized the concept and development situation of platform of bank and hospital.And I have taken in-depth research while facing insufficient researches in this field.Then starting from the phenomenon,through the multiple case study research methodology,I have researched and analyzed the banking and medical platform of the current two banking financial institutions and one large-scale comprehensive hospital about their innovation goal,innovation process,innovation content and influence factor.The following are main conclusions:first,five main driving modes are proposed,especially the important putting role of catering to policy-driven and technology-driven suppliers and tripartite technology companies.Second,three main innovation modes of financial process product innovation,compound financial innovation and non-financial innovation are proposed,where the change of dual service relationship in the process of livelihood financial innovation is extracted.Third,it puts forward ten main influencing factors of livelihood financial service innovation,and classifies them internally and externally.It considers the importance of external policies and customer demands in livelihood financial service innovation,and points out that this influence runs through the whole innovation process.Finally,according to analysis result,I put forward operable strategies for four dimensions of the policy,organization,technology,risk and so on in the process of people's livelihood financial service innovation.It's my wish to provide effective suggestions for banking financial institutions in the people's livelihood financial service innovation as well as providing certain reference for future researchers.
