Domestic data center construction has gradually formed a large-scale industrial group,and began to move towards the cloud.While the traditional data centers are transforming and providing new services,the application of new technologies also drives the transformation of the data centers themselves.The traditional data center construction period is long,the expansion response speed is slow,the energy consumption is high and so on the pain point question is also day by day prominent.In the construction of data center,many large communication equipment manufacturers at home and abroad take part in it,but most of the on-site engineering implementation of major manufacturers is completed by professional construction units through outsourcing of engineering services.Service outsourcing is a strategy for the development of enterprises.It uses excellent external professional resources to reduce costs,improve efficiency,give full play to their own core competitiveness and enhance the ability of enterprises to adapt to the environment.When the construction of major manufacturers are gradually turned to service outsourcing,the management of service providers is becoming increasingly important.Through investigation,discussion,statistical analysis of data and other means,based on the status of VT company service procurement management and service provider management,this paper puts forward the existing problems of VT company service provider management.And use the relevant supplier management theory to analyze the causes of the problem,find out the core problem of service outsourcing supplier management is the lack of perfect and scientific evaluation system of service provider.According to the characteristics of engineering projects and service outsourcing suppliers,the suppliers of VT Company are classified.According to the principles of establishing supplier evaluation index system,combined with the project characteristics of mechanical and electrical engineering installation industry of VT Company and the specific situation of the company,The evaluation index system of service outsourcing suppliers is constructed.The service outsourcing supplier evaluation system constructed in this paper contains 6 two-tier indicators and 19 three-tier indicators,which is more perfect in the comprehensive index system.Organize the members of the service procurement expert group,use the expert scoring method and AHP to determine the comprehensive weight of each index through the judgment matrix.It is more scientific in the overall construction of the evaluation index system of service providers.
