With the rapid development of information technology,complex product manufacturing industry shows a global trend and the "main manufacturer-supplier" model has gradually become the main model for its R & D manufacturing.In order to achieve the coordination of price,cost,benefit and other information,the main manufacturer and supplier will play a multifaceted game.Because the supply chain system is affected by many environmental factors,the inappropriate adjustment of enterprise behavior and decision-making may lead to "bullwhip effect" and result in the chaotic behavior of the system.Controlling the chaos by some means can reduce the operation cost of the supply chain system and improve the operation performance of the supply chain system.Based on the researches before,in view of the cooperation of "main manufacturer-supplier",this paper establishes the game model and the price game model of collaboration between main manufacturer and suppliers.Then,this paper studies the dynamic evolution process of supply chain system,controls the bifurcation behavior and chaos phenomenon of the model and promotes the longterm stable cooperation between enterprises.The main contents and new achievement of this study includes:1?According to the characteristics of supply chain dominated by main manufacturer,combined with the revenue sharing principle,through reasonable hypothesis and simplification,this paper constructs collaborative output game model between the main manufacturer and suppliers and analyzes stability region of NASH equilibrium point.he adjustment speed of the output quantity,for output adjustment speed of the system effect.The output adjustment speed is introduced to find out the influence of production adjustment speed on the system.It is found that the faster the rate of production adjustment increases,chaos is more likely to occur in the system.The chaotic system is controlled by feedback control method,which makes the system return to the stable state.2 ? The main manufacturer promotes suppliers to reduce the price and participate in the collaborative manufacturing of products through the way of symbiosis benefit distribution.This paper studies the price coordination problem of cooperation under the symbiosis of the main manufacturer and supplier.The generation and stability regions of chaotic states are compared between the basic model and the symbiotic benefit assignment model.Finally,it is found that in the case of symbiotic benefit distribution,the stability of the whole supply chain has been greatly improved,and the interests of enterprises have been greatly improved.
