With the rapid development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard,demand for fresh agricultural products becomes increasingly vigorous,which provides a broad space for development of agricultural products logistics enterprises.Due to the characteristics of fresh and perishable agricultural products,it's extremely important to control the delivery time for agricultural logistics enterprises.The more delivery time is spent,the more loss of agricultural products.It will not only cause the waste of resources,but also reduce the economic benefit and customer satisfaction of agricultural logistics enterprises.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to reduce the distribution cost,improve the efficiency and promote the sustainable development of enterprises by setting up the distribution center and optimizing the vehicle distribution lines and reducing the loss of agricultural products in the case of satisfying the customer's delivery time requirements.First of all,this paper defines the research object and briefly introduces the development status of agricultural products logistics of S Company.Then it summarizes the existed problems in the process of agricultural products distribution,namely low degree of information,the lack of scientific planning for agricultural product distribution center and distribution route.In order to accurately grasp the future development trend of the company,the future agricultural product distribution scale of S company is scientifically predicted and analyzed.Secondly,in order to improve the efficiency of agricultural products distribution and enhance the competitiveness for S Company,the mathematical models of agricultural products distribution center location and distribution route optimization are built for S Company based on the existing research results at home and abroad.In the location problem of distribution centers,the factors affecting the site selection of S Company's agricultural products distribution center are taken into account.It constructs a distribution center location model based on affinity propagation clustering algorithm,and the specific steps to solve the location problem of S Company with the model are interpreted.In the optimization problem of distributionroutes,considering the requirement of customers for delivery time,it is clear that the total distribution cost of S agricultural products is composed of three parts: variable cost,fixed cost and penalty cost.Aiming at the minimum total cost,it constructs a distribution route optimization model based on improved particle swarm algorithm and explains how to solve the agricultural product distribution route optimization problem for S Company.Finally,the case study of agricultural products logistics distribution business of S Company is carried out.Based on the relevant basic data obtained from S,the distribution scheme of S is optimized by using the distribution center location and distribution route optimization models and relevant algorithms established in this paper.The feasibility and effectiveness of the model are verified by comparing the changes in the distribution distant,time,cost and other aspects of the optimized distribution scheme and the pre-optimization distribution scheme.According to the problems in the development of the company and optimization results,it puts forward some corresponding suggestions for the development of agricultural products distribution business of S company.
