Research On Location Selection Of Logistics Distribution Center Of HR Pharmaceutical Group

With the improvement of living standards and the continuous enhancement of health care consciousness,people pay more and more attention to life and health career,which are constantly promoting the rapid development of the medicine industry.With the development of modern medical logistics and the deep advancement of the reform of the medicine industry,accelerating the development of modern medical logistics,promoting modern and high-level management and establishing a medical logistics distribution center become extremely urgent.Distribution center location is a long-term,overall and strategic decision-making problem for medicine industry,which is directly related to the efficiency of enterprise logistics system.Scientific and reasonable distribution center location can effectively shorten the distribution distance,greatly reduce the logistic distribution cost and improve the service level and quality.It is of great practical significance and application value to carry out theoretical and practical research on the method of distribution center location for the medicine industry.Firstly,through summarizing and sorting out the available literature,this paper analyzed the existing problems in the current medical logistics distribution center,and summarized the theory and research methods of distribution center location.Then the functions and classification of distribution center,location principles and its influencing factors were introduced.Combined with the characteristics of medical distribution center,the general process of distribution center location was introduced.Secondly,the advantages and disadvantages of the Newton method and the gradient method in calculating optimization problems were analyzed.This paper presented a Newtongradient coupling method,and its correctness was verified by numerical examples.The research showed that the presented method can overcome the shortcomings of Newton method and has a higher efficient.Further,the method was applied to solve the Euclidean distance location model.Examples show that it is very effective in such model.Finally,taking HR medicine industry as an example,we established the distribution center location model based on the practical situation of companies,which takes the minimum logistics cost as the optimum target,including fixed cost,transportation cost and storage cost.The model was solved by using the particle swarm optimization in Matlab software,and the coordinates of some storage points were obtained.Then the Newton-gradient coupling method was used to solve the model further,and the results of the model were obtained.The research results can provide reference for the logistics center location of HR medicine industry.
