Research On The Effect Of Inter-organizational Commitment On The Efficiency Of Distributed Innovation Network

Competition between enterprises in the 21 st century has evolved into competition among networks.The distributed innovation network which has connection mechanism of knowledge sharing based on diversity of organizational,regional and cultural has both market flexibility and bureaucratic authority,DI pursuit the resource sharing and complementary advantages among the innovative members.Its purpose is to reduce transaction costs and improve transaction revenue,in order to enhance the organization's ability to innovate and even the operating efficiency of the entire network.Domestic and foreign scholars gave the explanation from different perspectives on the connotation and impact factors of the network organization operating efficiency,but more focused on the contractual factors.Inter-organizational commitment as a non-contractual factor,it plays a role in connecting the psychological ties of members of the distributed network.Whether the level of commitment can play a role in the efficiency of the distributed innovation network and what is the specific path of the role are still the research proposition.In this thesis,the inter-organizational commitment is placed in the distributed innovation network,and the relationship between this non-contracting factor and the network operation efficiency is discussed,as an attempt to study the relationship between the non-contract mechanism and the network organization.In this thesis,we use the "theoretical analysis-put forward hypothesis-hypothesis test-the results of the discussion" empirical research methods to study.On the basis of reviewing the historical and theoretical research on the development of distributed innovation network and inter-organizational commitment,the author makes a reasoning on the logical relationship between the research object,that is,whether there is a logical relationship between inter-organizational commitment and the efficiency of the distributed innovation network,whether these logical relations are positive or negative.In this thesis,the structural equation research method is used to test the hypothesis,and the conclusion is drawn:(1)The emotional commitment of the members of the distributed innovation network has a positive effect on the increase of the transaction revenue;(2)The emotional commitment of the members of the distributed innovation network has a positive effect on the reduce of the transaction cost(3)The computational commitment of the members of the distributed innovation network organization has a negative effect on the increase of the transaction revenue;(4)The computational commitment of the members of the distributed innovation network organization has a positive effect on the reduce of the transaction cost.At the end of the article,combined with the content of the thesis,summed up the innovation of this article and the follow-up research direction.This thesis has the following innovations: first,breaking through the limitations of the theory of transaction cost economics,from a single transaction cost perspective to transaction costs and transaction benefits parallel to the dual perspective on the efficiency of distributed innovation network research;secondly,expanding the research perspective of the network organization theoretical,studying the impact of inter-organizational commitment on the efficiency of distributed innovation network.
