Vegetables are indispensable food on every family's dining table.It guarantees a variety of vitamins needed by human body.Facility vegetable industry is a high-investment,high-tech and high-benefit industry.Because of its short investment cycle and quick effect,it has become an important industry for farmers in Yan'an area to increase their income.At present,Yan'an has a total vegetable area of 421,700 mu,and has built five vegetable industrial belts such as Yanhe River and Luohe River basin and 10 key counties of vegetable industry such as Ansai,Baota and Ganquan,making Yan'an an an an important production base of eggplants and seasonal melons and fruits in Shaanxi and even northwest China,and a production base of anti-seasonal melons and vegetables.Based on the present situation of vegetable industry development in Yan'an City.Such as industrialization scale,planting types and planting quantity,this paper adopts the methods of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,appling the theory of agricultural industrialization and supply-demand balance.Through the analysis of the actual planting situation in various counties of Yan'an City,from natural resources,social economy and so on.The economic situation,competitiveness analysis and other aspects of the background were elaborated,and in view of the current situation of vegetable industry in Yan'an City,including the unbalanced development of various counties and districts,the phased over-supply of vegetable products and insufficient supply at the same time.The lag of infrastructure supporting were discussed.Through investigating,the main problems existing in the development of vegetable industry in Yan'an City are summarized as follows.First,the unbalanced scale development.Second,the low level of organization and the lagging integration of production,supply and marketing.Third,the investment of industry has been decreasing year after year.Fourth,the insufficient technical service force.Fifth,the unreasonable distribution of production layout.Sixth,the facilities.New vegetable diseases are emerging constantly.Seventh,the marketing system is not perfect and the brand management is not enough.Combining with the current situation and existing problems of vegetable industry development in the city,the corresponding countermeasures were explored.Renewing development ideas,developing vegetable industry according to local conditions through the idea of "expanding scale + improving quality and increasing efficiency".Using science and technology to develop vegetable industry.The main countermeasures are as follows.First,In terms of structure,the greenhouse type transformation should be carried out according to local conditions to maximize the average value of the greenhouse.Second,Promotion and popularization of new and superior technologies to give full play to the effect of technology integration.Third,Developing a set of standardization system for vegetable production.Forth,Improving the vegetable industry chain,do a good job of vegetable industry "post-finishing",increase the added value of vegetables.Fifth,Changing the development thinking and innovating the "tourism plus" mode.Six,Enriching the labor force of vegetable industry and improving the quality of employees.In the future development of vegetable industry,Yan'an city should innovate its development ideas and working methods,develop modern agriculture according to the basic ideas of "adjusting structure,changing mode,improving quality and increasing benefits".Taking ecological circular agriculture as the main line of development,taking efficient protected vegetables as the leading industry,and speeding up the scale of protected vegetable industry base.In order to improve the quality and efficiency of vegetable industry,standardization of production,matching of services and industrialization of management should be carried out to optimize and upgrade the vegetable industry.
