At present,the biggest problem in China's rural areas is still the issue of land,and land circulation is an ideal way to solve the "three rural issues",is a guarantee to improve the living standards of farmers,and to increase the inevitable trend of modern agricultural development.The transfer of land in rural areas needs a lot of financial support.The contradiction between the financial needs of the existing rural financial service system and credit supply hinders the process of rural land circulation.Combining China's national conditions and actual conditions,expanding financing channels for rural land circulation and promoting large-scale rural land circulation are major issues facing modern China's agriculture.This article mainly analyzes the current rural land transfer financial system in China,combines the characteristics of rural finance and agricultural economic development in China,and studies and develops a set of rural land transfer financial system framework that meets China's national conditions,including a diversified rural land transfer financial organization system.Financial insurance system,innovation system and support system for financial products and services.First of all,the theoretical basis for financial support for rural land circulation will be elaborated in detail,mainly including financial development models,rural land circulation financial service design theory,rural land circulation after the transfer of funds,etc.;comparative analysis of foreign rural land transfer financial support related policies.Secondly,it analyzes the main areas of rural land circulation financial demand,new characteristics and new requirements,and analyzes in detail the supply entities of rural land circulation finance,the mutual restraint between financial industry and rural land circulation,and the financial industry and land circulation.The supply and demand contradictions;and established a game model under different conditions,the game analysis between the financial needs of the main body and the formal financial institutions,to identify the factors that affect the decision of the loan and repayment,to provide a basis for the construction of rural land circulation financial system.In the end,the land profiles of the three townships in Zhidan County and the main ways of rural land circulation were described.After that,the effects brought about by the land circulation were analyzed,and the problems in the current rural land circulation were put forward to increase propaganda and benefit farmers.Policies,improvement of land transfer legal systems,practical implementation of land transfer policies,promotion of diversification of land transfer forms,development of diversified land transfer subjects,and other development countermeasures.Secondly,the framework of the rural land circulation financial system was constructed,the design ideas,supporting principles,and realization channels of the rural land circulation financial system were put forward,and the rural land circulation financial system framework that conformed to the actual situation in China was constructed.This study provides a theoretical basis for China's financial support for the transfer of rural land.It supplements China's current rural financial reform theory and has important application value.
