In recent years,as China's domestic economy has gradually entered the "new normal",the domestic financial market has continued to mature and grow,and the domestic banking industry has become increasingly fierce,making core talents play an increasingly important role in the competitiveness of commercial banks.Competition,in the final analysis,is the competition of talents,more precisely the competition of core employees.If commercial banks want to take the lead in the battle for financial talents,they must constantly improve and optimize the human resources management and talent incentive mechanism,especially the improvement.The incentive mechanism for core talents,through optimizing the performance compensation system,broadening the promotion channels,and rationally planning the careers of core employees,fostering the enthusiasm and sense of belonging of core employees,in order to meet the requirements of the development trend of modern financial industry,better retaining The core employee: China Everbright Bank H Branch as a joint-stock commercial bank,the existing incentive mechanism needs to be improved,such as the salary distribution system is not reasonable enough,the emphasis on core staff training is not high,the promotion fairness needs to be strengthened,in the management environment,Corporate culture and career management also have To be optimized,the enthusiasm and creativity of some core employees are suppressed,and there is a lack of confidence in the development of the bank.There is a kind of negative coping rather than positive emotion among the core employees,which is unfavorable to the development of the bank itself.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the incentives of the core talents of China Everbright Bank H Branch.Therefore,based on the systematic research on the research theories related to incentive mechanism at home and abroad,this paper sorts out the classical theoretical system of incentive mechanism.Based on the relevant statistical data such as questionnaires,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the incentives of core employees,and combines the motivation status of core employees of Everbright Bank H Branch,summarizes some problems in the core employee incentive mechanism from eight aspects,and finally proposes improvement countermeasures for these problems.
