Therefore the author as a research object, using literature review and questionnaire investigation and theoretical analysis on the three kinds of methods, such as research, in order to pass the papers can be part of our bank employees in establishing a scientific and effective incentive mechanism and the performance level of bank line of all kinds of talent cultivation, ability quality and potential to have a better help.For the author to citic bank in xian jin garden branch of frontline staff incentive mechanism as the research subject to analyze it. The author first analyzes the background and significance of topics, as well as the research ideas and methods, and studies the main content of the frame structure and research contributions. Secondly analyzes the motivation of the basic concepts and theoretical background, and the incentive theory research at home and abroad.
