As one of the important factors in enterprise development, "people" is the first contrasting to other factors. The core employees of enterprise, to a large extent are deciding an enterprise directly to promote or to decline. Recently, long with the changes of observation about enterprise talent, the market's competition for core talent exacerbated. Our country is rich in coal resources, in a quite long historical period, the coal industry will be the most important part of national economy, so the research of incentive problems of core employees in coal mine enterprise is of great significance. In the past few years, responding to the policy of accelerating industry structural adjustment in resources regions in order to achieve the sustainable growth of economy, coal enterprise raised the waves of merging and ruffling of enterprise, so that the coal resources integration, the industry concentration increased further, and large coal enterprise, big group are ceaseless emerging in great numbers. The expansion added to the needs of the technical and managerial personnel, making the battle contending to acquire talents grow more and more intense.When researching the core employees of state-owned coal enterprise, the author has referred relevant information, and understood the definition of core employee of Long Mei Group, determined factors scoring method and evaluating method. By the way of investigating and discussing, state-owned coal enterprise employees'expectations and turnover are analyzed and the four main problems are projected. According to intensive theories, the author put forward to recommendations about perfecting intensive mechanism, chose Yankuang enterprise as the representative, and introducing mechanism and measures to motivate the core employees of it.
