With the development of economy and the advancement of science and technology,electronic products have become an indispensable part of people's production and life.People have begun to make increasingly higher demands on electronic products.Performance is no longer the only standard for evaluating products.The carbon content of products has become a very important indicator for evaluating products.Moreover,the rapid upgrading of electronic products not only causes huge waste of resources,but also aggravates environmental pollution.How to make full use of waste products in the low-carbon economic environment for recycling and remanufacturing is increasingly valued by governments and companies.This article studies the supply chain member decision-making based on the low-carbon perspective of the product and the perspective of recycling and remanufacturing.It combines the government's behavior of rewards and punishments,consumers' low-carbon preferences,and manufacturers' extended production responsibility.Recycling and remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain decision model under carbon subsidy policy,dual-channel sales closed-loop supply chain decision-making model under carbon tax-subsidy mechanism,closed-loop supply chain coordination mechanism model considering consumers' low-carbon preferences,and government subsidy mechanism waste There are four models for the oil supply chain recovery decision model,and each model is further analyzed and the results are compared and analyzed.Research shows that under the carbon emission reduction subsidy policy,government carbon subsidy behavior is beneficial to reduce carbon emissions from products,but it leads to higher prices for products.Consumers need to pay higher fees to obtain goods.When manufacturers become carbon subsidies,To increase the recycling rate of used electronic products,the benefits of the supply chain are the highest when manufacturers and retailers become targets of carbon emission reductions at the same time;under the carbon tax-subsidy mechanism,retailers can always benefit from them;the government collects carbon taxes and There is a certain range of subsidies;when the government adopts a carbon tax-subsidy mechanism for recyclers,sellers and recyclers benefit,but it is not good for manufacturers and consumers.When the government adopts a carbon tax-subsidy mechanism for manufacturers At the same time,it is beneficial to all members of the supply chain.In the mechanism of the supply chain coordination mechanism,consumers' low-carbon preference behavior is conducive to the promotion of recycling of waste products and the growth and development of enterprises.Manufacturers give recycling companies a certain percentage of profit behavior,which is not conducive to the use of waste products.Recycling of products and reduction of carbon emissions from products,manufacturers share a certain percentage of fixed-cost recovery companies Under the mechanism,it is beneficial to improve self-interest.Manufacturers give profit ratios to recyclers within a certain range to facilitate the operation of the entire supply chain.When reaching a certain level,it is not conducive to the operation of the entire supply chain;when the government subsidizes waste oil,When the market demand is the optimal decision,the product sales subsidies should be selected.When the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction and environmental protection should be selected investment subsidies mechanism,when the strong support for the development of local bio-diesel enterprises as the main decision-making target,should be for bio-diesel companies.Tax subsidies are implemented;government tax subsidies for biodiesel companies are most helpful in promoting supply chain development.Investment subsidies are not conducive to the development of the supply chain.Therefore,the government should carefully consider the choice of investment subsidies.
