The Choice Of Supply Chain Enterprises Integration Strategies Under Government Carbon Subsidy Policies

In recent years,with the rapid development of the global economy,environmental issues are increasingly prominent,for example,excessive carbon dioxide emissions cause global warming,and lead to the frequent occurrence of natural disasters,which has been a growing threat to the survival of mankind.In this context,low carbon economy emerges.As an important carrier mode of global "carbon" flow,low carbon supply chain is of great significance for global carbon emission reduction,so we must pay attention to it.This paper studies how to promote the development of low-carbon supply chain through the government carbon subsidy policy in the two echelon supply chain structure composed of a manufacturer and a retailer.The supply chain includes a leading manufacturer,a following retailer.this paper builds a stackelberg game model to analyse how supply chain enterprises to make production and carbon emission decisions in three kinds of cooperation strategies——competition,semi integrated and integrated strategy when government subsidize enterprises or when government subsidize consumers.This paper also discusses the impact of two subsidy policies on carbon reduction of carbon supply chain enterprises,product price,yield and profit of supply chain as well as the choice of cooperation strategy of supply chain enterprises.Both theoretical and numerical analysis results show that the government's policy to subsidize supply chain enterprises is more incentive to supply chain members than the policy to subsidize consumers.Under this subsidy policy,the higher the degree of cooperation,the better the carbon emission reduction effect of supply chain members,and the higher the corporate profits.Therefore,government should give priority to the policy of subsidy to enterprises,and the supply chain enterprises should choose integrated cooperation strategy when making decisions.
