With the booming flourish of modern economy and manufacturing industry,problems such as massive waste of resources and serious damage to the ecosystem have been worse and worse,leading to the deterioration of the natural environment.How to build a good ecological environment and improve the utilization efficiency of resources is a problem that human beings need to pander.Remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain is a brand-new management mode under this trend,which guides the way forward for realizing low-carbon manufacturing and circular economy,attracting more attention from the governments and enterprises.Therefore,from the perspective of closed-loop supply chain,in order to research the effect of government subsidy policy on the profits of all main members and the overall profits of closed-loop supply chain in different recycling channels,Stackelberg game models were established for eight recycling modes in this thesis.In the model,distributors,network recyclers and entity recyclers are followers and manufacturers are leaders.This thesis compared and analyzed the changes of the profits of supply chain members and the overall profits in each recycling mode with or without government subsidies,thus getting the optimal recycling mode of closed-loop supply chain.Firstly,it is concluded that mode 1 is the best recycling mode in the case of government subsidies,by comparing and analyzing the changes of supply chain members’ profits and overall profits in four recycling modes with and without government subsidies.Secondly,it is concluded that mode 8 is the best recycling mode with government subsidies,with comparing and analyzing the changes of supply chain members’ profits and overall profits in four recycling modes with and without government subsidies.Finally,the mixed-channel recycling mode with government subsidies is the best recycling mode by comparing the single-channel recycling mode with the best recycling mode in the mixed-channel recycling mode with government subsidies.This thesis further introduced carbon trading mechanism to explore the impact on the profit of supply chain members and the overall profit in the eighth optimal recycling model with government subsidies.The rationality and validity of the reasoning process of each recovery mode were verified through the simulation of Matlab R2020 b.The results show that the recycling model 8,which is composed of network and entity recyclers,distributors and manufacturers under government subsidies,can maximize the profit of each recycling entity and the overall profit of the supply chain.Additionally,the introduction of carbon trading mechanism under the optimal recycling mode can further improve the profits of manufacturers and the overall profits of supply chain.Therefore,the introduction of carbon trading mechanism can further optimize the optimal recycling mode 8 under government subsidies.The research of this thesis has theoretical significance and application value for promoting the benign development of closed-loop supply chain recovery mode. |
