For staff's performance appraisal is the enterprise an important part of human resource management work,however,many enterprises are relatively weak link of performance appraisal.Improve staff performance appraisal system can fully inspire the employee's potential and work enthusiasm,enterprise management should start from the basic management,and establish and perfect the scientific performance appraisal system of fair,motivate employees in work to create a more excellent performance,to seek the common development of individual employees and the enterprises,so as to realize enterprise strategic goals,promoting enterprise to develop quickly and well.This article through to the H city FC center staff performance appraisal status quo analysis,points out the deficiency existing in the current performance evaluation system.Based on the research of the performance appraisal theory,combined with the center of the FC enterprise practice,draw lessons from the past in the staff performance appraisal work experience and good practice,build a set of optimization evaluation system,and expounds how to establish the assessment results of feedback and the operation mechanism and guarantee mechanism of implementation plan.According to FC center staff characteristics and management requirements,construction of key performance evaluation index,improving the employees at different levels and different post evaluation index weight,achieve fair reflect the actual performance level employees according to the facts,the purpose of promoting employee performance.
