With the rapid expansion of the security market,the survival environment of the traditional security sales department has become increasingly complicated.In the prevailing trend of financial integration,there have been emerged some new features in the security industry in recent years,including that the internet finance has developed rapidly,a great number of light-duty security sales departments have been established and the industry commission rate has declined continuously,which nearly the same as the cost.Under the severe pressure,Weifang sales department of C Security Company must increase the income and decrease the expenditure simultaneously,and also achieve transformation and innovation.In addition,the department should redefine its role and responsibility,from a channel vender of security transaction to a comprehensive financial service provider,from a single business structure to a multi-level business system,and from a marketing service of Homogenization to a wealth management service of differentiation.Focusing on the business model of Weifang sales department of C Security Company,this paper discusses the modality and approaches of its transformation.Firstly,the related theories on business model and other aspects are combed and reviewed.Secondly,the author analyzes the internal and external business environment of the sales department through SWOT and other tools,and also presents its strengths,weaknesses,external opportunities and challenges.Then,the author summarizes the problems with causes in its business model.Finally,combined with the current situation,the author indicates the direction of the transformation and the strategy on the specific implementations.Weifang sales department of C Security Company is an epitome of the traditional security sales department,which desperately needs a transformation for its business model in order to achieve self-development.Meanwhile,its business model transformation is of significant referential value for security sales department in the industry.
