Study On The Mechanism Of The Makerspace Incubating Science And Technology Type Small And Medium Enterprises

Public entrepreneurship and innovation has become the theme of the times,the Makerspace is the effective carrier to stimulate public participation in innovation and entrepreneurship,it will also be the cradle of creation and development of small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs),and it is imminent to explore how to run a Makerspace and hatch SME internal mechanism.In this paper,we first study the basic concepts of the Makerspace which create a series of innovation and entrepreneurship system,and which provide the resources foundation and knowledge system.It also summarizes the development of the creative space,the research process and the incubator of SMEs,and expounds the breakthrough point of this research.Secondly,the Makerspace operation is divided into five aspects.One is the organization and management mechanism of Makerspace,which is analyzed from two aspects of system and relationship;Second one is sharing mechanism,we analysis from the angle of functional departments,communication network and communication process;Third one is the education and training mechanism,we study aspects of its model,the characteristics and implementation;Fourth one is the financing service mechanism,according to the model,selection and implementation of analysis;Fifth one is the commercial operation mechanism,involving creativity,product,business model;Based on the above analysis,we put forward the Makerspace operation of SMEs value impact hypothesis.Again,the value of the SMEs in the Makerspace is studied,including the four aspects of technological value,commercial value,environmental value and policy value.One is the input and output of technological innovation,the impact of Makerspace for the SMEs development cooperation and innovation;the second is the Makerspace for SME business performance,achievements and brand effect;the third is Makerspace active SMEs' innovation atmosphere,enhance the sense of competition and learning ability;the fourth is the Makerspace's influence in terms of benefit and degree of awareness of the policy.Then,we study the effect mechanism of the Makerspace to the SMEs.We analyze the synergy relationship between the value of SMEs,and put forward two ways to create SMEs,construct a new path of talent flow in Makerspace.Finally,we make empirical research about the Tianjin city' Makerspace and incubation of SMEs,and use the method of questionnaire investigation and interviews to collect data,constructe a structural equation model to test the effect of Makerspace run to SMEs value,the results show that the Makerspace run to more positive in the SMEs value,namely the Makerspace has obvious effect of SME incubation.Lastly,we make a summary of the entire study,and proposed the establishment of evaluation index system,promoting the diversification of market construction and operation mode,increasing financial capital support and expanding the open communication network sharing policy recommendations.
