Cargo transportation vibration test is a type of simulation test method to repeat the vibration environment of the process of carriage transportation in the laboratory.This method uses the laboratory test for a short period of time to instead a transport process for a long time.A practical process is shortened a lot due to the test cycle.A lot of resources are stored.The efficiency of the production and transportation is improved.At the same time,along with the rapid development of the logistics industry,research and development of cargo transportation vibration test gains more attention.The design and research of cargo transportation vibration test bench directly decides the effect of cargo transportation vibration test.Electromagnetic vibration table is appropriate for vibration environment simulation test.But now the electromagnetic vibration table system in the market can't meet the requirements of cargo transportation vibration test.In order to address this problem,this paper analyzes and studies the theory of cargo transportation vibration test and the computer measurement and control technology of vibration test system.On this basis,the paper designs a cargo transportation electromagnetic vibration test bench.The main work includes the following several aspects:The purpose,methods and theories of transportation vibration test are studied.This paper has carried on the thorough research and analysis of random vibration data,standards of random vibration test spectrum at home and abroad.On the basis of analyzing the related research status at home and abroad,combining with the relevant national standard of cargo transportation vibration test and actual characteristics of vibration table,the design requirements and the overall scheme of the cargo transportation electromagnetic vibration test bench are determined.Vibration signal denoising algorithm of cargo transportation vibration test bench is studied.Through the comprehensive comparison,wavelet threshold method is chosen for vibration signal denoising method.And the wavelet threshold denoising method of denoising process was studied.This paper introduces a kind of improved wavelet threshold denoising method to work for the vibration signal denoising of the system.The simulation results show its good denoising effect.Random vibration spectrum retrieval algorithm of the cargo transportation vibration test is examined and analyzed.In order to realize the control of the random vibration test,frequency variable step driving spectrum iteration algorithm of the hydraulic vibrationtable system is introduced to the electromagnetic vibration test bench power spectrum retrieval algorithm.Finally,based on the theoretical analysis,this paper designs the cargo transportation electromagnetic vibration test bench based on LabVIEW.The system software is developed in LabVIEW environment.The actual vibration test results show that the designed test bench has realized the effective control of the random vibration output and can meet the needs of transportation vibration test.
