With the development of the economy,the value of the employees in the enterprise has been attached more importance.The employee is the most important asset to the enterprise,how does the employee interacts with the organization,and how does the employee's feedback relates to the performance of the organization.In recent years,the research on the organization climate of the international community has been deepened.Since the 1960's it become a hot topic in the study of western organizations,to the present empirical research with theoretical meaning,organizational climate research followed the footsteps of The Times,coruscate gives new vitality.Coping style,is the important way to research staff against the pressure of work.Takeing different approachs will produce different effects,which will lead to the change of staff's working attitude.Job satisfaction is the employee's subjective feedback,which is an important indicator of employee's performance.The researcher chose enterprise staff as the research object,based on the previous literature review and comb,combined with empirical research method,using paper questionnaire and network of Jiangsu,Beijing,Hebei,Shanghai,Zhejiang,Shanxi 6 provinces and cities of 431 empoyess from different nature of the enterprise investigation,using analysis of variance,correlation analysis,regression analysis and other data statistical methods,discusses the personal characteristics of the staff,enterprise feature variables influence on organizational climate differences;the relationship of organizational climate,coping style and job satisfaction;How to respond to the mediation effect in relation to the impact of climate on job satisfaction;And put forward scientific Suggestions for the management of the enterprise.The results of this study indicate:(1)The individual characteristics variables(gender,age,education background,work years)show significant differences in the partial dimensions of the organizational climate.(2)The enterprise characteristic variables(the level of the position,the nature of the enterprise,and the work department)show significant differences in the partial dimensions of the organizational climate.(3)The demensions of job autonomy,interpersonal relationship,management efficiency,reward orientation,organizational support are positively related to positive coping styles in organizational climate.(4)Job autonomy,interpersonal relationship,management efficiency,reward orientation and organizational support in organizational climate are positively related to both internal and external satisfaction.(5)The relationship between coping style and job satisfaction is significantly related.(6)The coping style plays partial mediation in the impact of organizational climate on job satisfaction.
