Research On The Communication Management Improvement Project Of A Complex Project Based On BIM Technology

Complex projects are usually of large scale,high building,complicated structured,involving multiple participants and too much difficulty in information and communication management.Nowadays,during the management process of complex projects,there are too much problems,such as delayed exchange of information,singularity of methods of communication,as well as blocking and closeness of information between each step,all of which can be attributed to low efficiency of communication management.In view of the characteristics of complex projects and problems with communication management,this essay based on the case of complex project A and BIM model,transforming from the traditional drawing-based 2D communication to BIM-based 3D synergy communication.The construction of BIM-based communication management modifying programed provide management tools and methods of communication management for managers of complex projects,improving the working procedure of communication management,facilitating highly proficient communication in the construction and running of the whole project,boosting technical skills and management capability of projects,advancing the quality of projects,lowering errors and risks of rework,decreasing projects cost and achieving refinement of projects management and control.
