Research On Communication Management Of Projects Building Between Countries In Scmcc

To build “the socialism countries”, a series of projects have been performed inChina, concluding roads, power, communications and etc. between countries. TheCountries Communication Projects had been actualized since2004. In Sichuan Province,SCMCC which took83%tasks has invested too much in the Countries CommunicationProjects and made important contributions to countries development. Although SCMCChas gathered abundant experiences, there are always shortages in the communicationmanagement.This article has the principle that is to linking theory with practice, and the projectsmanagement of the author for years becomes its foundation. First, the article analysesthe characteristics of the whole cycle from the aspects as the stakeholders recognitionand management, making the plan and choosing the ways of communications. On thisbasis, there are three problems had been found that are the stakeholders management,the control of the key points and management flows. a monographic study to thecommunications projects between countries for Sichuan Mobile CommunicationCorporation. The whole article consists of six chapters. Finally, to solute the threeproblems, the author suggested building a perfect communication management system,and raise the management level constantly.The thesis which researched the Countries Communication Projects from studyingthe present situation, summarizing experiences, analyzing problems, optimizing thesystem to evaluating, will make a guiding role not only to the communicationmanagement of the Countries Communication Projects for SCMCC, but also to themanagement of other similar projects.
