In recent years,communication technology develops rapidly which witnessed the upgrading of wireless network from 1st generation to 4th generation..As we know,the sound performance of each generation wireless network absolutely should be based upon the good maintenance and service support.Among the maintenance.The network optimization is one of critical technical tools to help the network work more efficiency by researching the relevant professional equipment and modifing the parameter of the system software.H high-tech company,established in 2011,with the staff of 40 and about 35 million yearly income averagely,specializing in the research and sailing of optical fiber and wireless transmission and access equipment.Their two sereies of equipment and solution help the customer develop network optimization and collecting the mobile phone information which can analyzing with big data to ensure the public safety.With the rush upgrading of the wireless technique and changing of the trade environment,H company is facing the risk of losing purchasing order from old customers which means an uncertain future that is wildly accepted by the people due to the macro-economy uncertainty,which has an official concept name “new normal status”.To actively meet the challenge,H company should take measures of different strategy to avoid the risk and seek the new opportunity simultaneously in new emerging public security department market.By using the management tools of SWOT 、PEST and Porter' s Five Forces model,H company conduct a useful and effective competitive strategy analyzing to guide the company to a more bright future with such tactics :1、keep the core competence in old target market;2、develop the new market with innovative product and creative solutions.Under the application of strategy theories,this paper provides reference to other small and medium size companies,especially for those high-tech companies,meanwhile,that pave the way for future industrial and academic research.
