Qingdao Pushen Communication Technology Co., LTD. is a small andmedium-sized enterprise of science and technology in computer system integrationindustry. As a co-founder of the company, the author experiences the whole processof its growth from establishment and deeply realizes the difficulties and hardships inthe development of small and medium-sized enterprises of science and technology. Inthe growth process, the company will face many problems, such as: the lack of fundsand talent, imperfect organizational structure, relatively weak technical force andcompany’s image, etc. With continued efforts of all company personnel inovercoming the difficulties, the author found that at present the most fundamentalproblem in the development is the direction of the enterprise, namely the growthstrategy. Through the study of MBA management system course, the combination oftheory with practice and the study of the enterprise’s growth strategy, the authorgradually finds out new roads suitable for enterprise development to make theenterprise get better development.Computer systems integration industry, as a kind of high-tech service industry,has stronger and stronger growth momentum in recent years.From the initialdomination by hardware product sales, to today’s hardware softening, further to thesoftware service, the service transition, the industry develops all the time. The smalland medium-sized enterprises in the industry also have to follow the development ofthe industry to innovate, to learn, so as to adapt to the market and industry demand.Today, economic globalization is an irresistible trend, small and medium-sizedenterprises play a more and more important role in ensuring national economymoderate growth, relieving employment pressure, and optimizing the economicstructure, and have more strategic value to the development of the whole nationaleconomy. Enterprises in various industries are seeking their own development, andthe current situation of small and medium-sized enterprises is to sort out theoutstanding problems existing in the development of itself, target to take measures to solve the external and internal constraints, thus making the enterprise have healthyand persistent development.The full text is divided into seven chapters.
