Traditional Chinese culture-oriented enterprises have Chinese local characteristics.And this kind of enterprises is the typical Chinese local management research script.In the observation,it is found that the employees of traditional Chinese culture-oriented enterprises have a strong sense of belonging to their enterprises.The traditional Chinese culture-oriented enterprises have the common phenomenon of employees' solidarity and support toward the enterprises,which is different from the general enterprises with high employees' liquidity risk.In this regard,it has raised the question that how to unite employees' minds.And it puts forward the question that how traditional Chinese culture-oriented enterprises can construct employee psychological contracts through the quasi family practice.Through literature review,according to the social exchange theory,the paper studies the characteristics of the traditional Chinese culture-oriented enterprises and the path that the quasi family practice impact on the construction of their employees' psychological contract.Based on the Grounded Theory,the research analyzes four cases by the replication principle of multiple case studies.The core category of this paper(the storyline)was summarized that traditional Chinese culture-oriented enterprises which are based on legal management,the influence of core factors such as crisis awareness and the leadership's cognition and the value recognition of Chinese traditional culture,embed traditional culture into management.Traditional Chinese culture-oriented enterprises,through the quasi family practice such as the specific activities of the family culture,the shaping of the family culture,the traditional culture education,the patriotic education,the institutionalization of the family culture,the care of the employees and the gratitude of the employees and the interested third parties,enable employees and third parties to build trust on the basis of culture and values,and to establish and consolidate psychological contracts with enterprises.This is an effect way to enhance the sense of belonging and to unite people with internal and external methods.Not only has this paper made studies of researched proposition on the path of traditional Chinese culture-oriented enterprises constructing employees psychological contracts through the quasi family practice,but also formed a conceptual model and theoretical panorama.Through an in-depth analysis of the quasi family practice mechanism which establishes psychological contract between traditional Chinese culture-oriented enterprises and employees,it is found that the quasi family practice promotes the formation of a common cultural language and cultural field between employees and enterprises.A cultural psychological contract between employees and enterprises based on the same family culture cognition and beyond the scope of exchange of interests between the two parties.The discovery of the psychological contract exploratory research on traditional culture-oriented enterprises and employees has expanded the theory of psychological contract.It also deepens the elaboration of traditional Chinese culture in enterprises management.Meanwhile,it enhances the confidence of culture from the application of traditional culture in enterprise management.
