Geological risks often occur in the drilling process and cause serious accident,the mainly reason for the happening of geological risk is the unknown of geological environment.LWD tools realize the geological environment measure,but cannot directly characterize geological risk.In this paper,the working principle of the logging tool and the data correction method of the logging tool are studied.LWD tools affected by the environment and the system factors,there are errors in the measurement information,so the environment and system correction methods of LWD are studied,the drilling geological risk monitoring and analysis system is established with the corrected data,and the application range of the logging tool is extended,and the geological risk real-time monitoring is realized.This paper presents an effective use of LWD tools for real-time monitoring and analysis of geological risk,and the achievements are as follows:1.Developed a set of drilling geological risk drilling monitoring and analysis system,auxiliary LWD data acquisition system,realized the real-time logging data acquisition and fusion,and completed the drilling geological risk monitoring and analysis and improve the geological risk monitoring accuracy,effectively monitor and analysis the geological environment in the process of drilling,reduced the drilling risk because of the geological factors.2.Based on the standard calibration curve fitting method,used the polynomial fitting method to establish the fitting result error analysis method,automatically determined the fitting results,and selected the best fitting model to realize the real-time correction of LWD data of environmental impact factors.And integration based on wavelet threshold denoising method,combined with 6 kinds of wavelet type and 5 kinds of threshold function type set,according to the actual situation or data type for optimal selection,using three kinds of visual interface to compare and show the data before and after correction.To realize the real-time correction of logging data while drilling system influence factors.3.The geological risk monitoring model was established by using the effective stress method,the tensile failure criterion and the Mohr-Coulomb method,the drilling geological risk monitoring and analysis system is established with the correction drilling data,the application range of the logging tool is extended,from the reflection of the most basic logging information to the direct monitoring of drilling geological risk.While drilling geological risk monitoring and analysis system developed in this paper has been applied in 5 wells of Liaohe Oilfield.The results show that the system can accurately monitor and analyze the geological environment data related to drilling risk.
