| Objective:Since 1985,the state has conducted seven large-scale student physique and healthresearch.(1985、1991、1995、2000、2005、2009、2014),According to the latest student physique and health research(2014),the obesity detection rate of students of all ages in China continues to rise,and the physical fitness status of adolescents is worrying.The physical health of adolescents is related to the happiness of thousands of families.It is related to the prosperity of the future development of the motherland.It is imperative to promote the health of young people.Functional training is a training method developed by Gray Cook in the 1990s.It is a kind of training method in the field of sports rehabilitation.Functional training is a kind of exercise to improve the athletic ability and special skills,including the stability of motion linkage,acceleration and deceleration,etc.Multi-dimensional,multi-joint,holistic exercise training.Functional training attaches importance to the overall development of the body system and attaches importance to the overall development of physical function.The author hopes to study the influence of functional training on the physical fitness of boys aged 9-10 through experimental intervention of functional training,and further explore new ways to promote the healthy development of students1 physique.Methods:In the first and second standard classes of the fourth grade,54 boys were randomly selected,of which 26 boys in the third class were the control group and 28 boys in the eighth class were the experimental group.Before the experiment,the homogeneity test was performed on the pre-test data of the two groups of subjects to ensure that there was no significant difference in the physical fitness level between the two groups before the experiment.The experiment time was 12 weeks.During the experiment period,the teaching time was the same during the two teaching sessions.The control group was normally in class according to its original method.It was not integrated into the functional training class.The experimental group was integrated into the functional training during the lecture.The functional training was performed three times a week for 20 minutes each time,and the rest of the teaching contents were consistent.After 12 weeks of intervention,the subjects were tested for 50-meter running,sitting body flexion,1-minute sit-ups,and 1-minute skipping.The experimental data were analyzed by using Numbers and SPSS22.0 software.Paired sample T test was performed for comparison of data within the group.The independent sample T test was compared between groups.The statistical result P<0.05 proved that there was has statistical significane.Results:1.The P values of the 50-meter run,the sitting position flexion,the 1-minute sit-up and the 1-minute skipping before and after the experiment were 0.629,0.757,0.837,and 0.046,respectively,except for the 1-minute skipping before and after the experiment.(P<0.05),the other three tests showed no significant difference before and after the experiment(P>0.05);2.The P values of the experimental group students before and after the 50-meter run,sitting position flexion,1-minute sit-up and 1-minute skipping were 0.003,0,0.013 and 0.001,respectively.There was a significant difference between the experimental group’s 1-minute sit-up test data before and after the experiment(P<0.05).There was a very significant difference between the experimental group’s 50-meter run,sitting position flexion and 1-minute skipping test data.<0.01);3.After the experiment,the P value of the T-test of the 50-meter running score of the control group and the experimental group was 0.015,the P value of the T-test of the sitting body flexion score was 0.003,and the P value of the 1-minute sit-up test T test was 0.012,The P value of 1-minute skipping test was 0.012,indicating that the 50-meter run,1-minute sit-up and 1-minute skipping scores of the two groups showed significant differences before and after the experiment(P<0.05),and the sitting body flexion score appeared.A very significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusions:1.12 weeks of functional training can enhance the waist and abdomen muscle endurance of 9-10 year old boys,and the speed quality,flexibility,sensitivity and coordination have also been significantly improved.2.Compared with the traditional training in the physical education classroom,functional training can better promote the healthy development of the physical fitness of 9-10 year old boys,and can comprehensively improve the students’ athletic performance.It can be used as a new means and a new method to promote the health of young people. |
