| Objective: Implement exercise intervention through aerobic exercise combined with resistance training, and explore whether there are differences in the impact of different sequences of intervention methods on the health and fitness of overweight and obese college students, aiming to provide a certain scientific basis for the physical exercise of overweight and obese college students.basis and practical reference. Methods: Taking 39 overweight and obese college students recruited independently as the experimental objects,19 boys and 20 girls were randomly divided into experimental group A(aerobic and then resistance),experimental group B(resistance first and then aerobic),and a control group C(no intervention),including 6 boys and 7 girls in group A,6 boys and 6girls in group B,and 7 boys and 7 girls in group C.Experiments A and B groups were given14 weeks of exercise intervention, one class per week,90 minutes per class. The two groups had the same exercise intervention load, but the combination sequence of aerobic exercise and resistance exercise was different, and neither did diet.and sleep control. Before and after the experiment,a health fitness test was conducted. The test indicators included: lean body mass, fat mass, muscle mass, body fat rate, body composition comprehensive score, vital capacity,3-minute step test, standing long jump,1-minute sit-ups,left and right hand grip strength,Sitting forward bend,etc.SPSS18.0 was used for data analysis, such as T test and one-way analysis of variance.Results:(1)Comparison of body shape indicators before and after exercise intervention, the height growth of boys in groups A,B,and C and girls in group A were all significant(P<0.05),and the waist circumference of boys and girls in group A decreased significantly(P<0.05),the hip circumference of boys and girls in group B decreased significantly(P<0.05),the waist-to-hip ratio of girls in control group increased significantly(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in other body shape indicators between boys and girls in the three groups; Before and after the intervention, there were no significant variations in body shape indices between the groups.(2)The comparison of body composition fitness indexes before and after exercise intervention showed that there was a significant difference in body water content of boys in group A(P<0.05),and a significant increase after the experiment;the fat mass of boys and girls in group B decreased and there was a significant difference after the experiment(P<0.05));Body fat percentage of girls in group B was significantly decreased(P<0.05);In addition, there were no statistically significant differences in body weight, muscle mass and body composition scores among the three groups of boys and girls.(3)Comparison of cardiorespiratory fitness indexes before and after exercise intervention, after the experiment, the vital capacity and step index of boys and girls in groups A and B showed an increasing trend, while the control group C slightly decreased(P<0.05),there was a significant difference in the step index(P<0.05),and there was also a significant difference in the step index of the girls in group B(P<0.05).After the experiment, there was no significant difference between the three groups.(4)Comparing the muscle strength and muscle endurance indexes before and after exercise intervention, boys in group A had a significant increase in standing long jump(P<0.05),and crunches had a very significant increase(P<0.01);boys in group B had standing long jump and sit-ups indexes. There was also a significant increase(P<0.05);there was a significant increase in the sit-up index of girls in group B(P<0.05);the left hand grip strength of boys in the control group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).After multiple comparisons, there were significant differences between girls in groups A and B in sit-ups and girls in group C(P<0.05);There was a significant difference in the left hand grip strength between boys in group B and control group(P<0.05),and a very significant difference in the right hand grip strength between group B and control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:(1)Aerobic exercise combined with resistance training can promote the development of healthy physical fitness in overweight and obese college students, improve the level of healthy physical fitness in overweight and obese college students, and has a positive exercise effect.(2)If overweight and obese college students do not take special exercise intervention, their health and fitness level will decrease day by day.(3)The exercise method of aerobic exercise combined with resistance training is feasible for overweight and obese college students, and can be actively implemented and promoted.(4)Resistance exercise first has a positive effect on overweight and obese college students to reduce fat, reduce body fat rate, and improve cardiorespiratory fitness;aerobic exercise first has a positive effect on improving flexibility, which should be fully tailored to the actual situation of the individual.Formulate scientific exercise methods. |
