| As the important component of modern Human resource management system,the performance management is the key to promote to achieve the organizational strategical target.The purpose of geological exploration is to investigate the mineral resources in a certain area to meet the needs of national construction and scientific and technological development,and is a basic and public welfare work serving the economic construction.Throughout the domestic geological exploration industry,serious deficient emphasis exists on the human resource management reform in the process of system reform,especially problems in the performance management,such as lack of its cognition,unreasonable check indicators setting and low employee participation,etc.The performance check against them remains formally only,which has not only caused their low enthusiasm and passive slack for work,but the exploration industry into a recession period and the backward Human resources management and serious loss of high-level talents appear.In the paper,take the geological exploration institute in H province as the researched object,start from the status of the employee performance management,with methods of literature research,case analysis and questionnaire,etc.to research the current employees’ performance management scheme of the unit,and problems were combed up mainly as the unclear planned objectives,employees’ unawareness of the performance management,the uncompleted performance indicators,lack of communication and feedback,and the unreasonable application of the performance results,etc.;based on which,combining related theory,with the scientific method to optimize the five links of performance management to formulate the final improved and optimized scheme.At last,propose the recommendations for improvement and optimization of the performance management scheme of H provincial geological exploration unit,which provides a new idea and method for its effective implementation with certain innovation in practice and reference to the perfecting and optimizing employee performance management of the unit above and other public welfare geological exploration and scientific research institutions. |
