Research On Evolutionary Game Of Knowledge Sharing Behavior In Cluster Supply Chain

Industrial clusters are the main carriers of regional economic development in the world,and cluster supply chains are new network organizations in the context of industrial clusters.In the era of knowledge economy,knowledge as the core production data of enterprises is one of the important factors affecting the overall operational efficiency of the supply chain.Therefore,the research on cluster supply chain knowledge management is of great significance to the development of regional economy.In order to promote the development of regional economy and enterprises,the research on the knowledge sharing behavior of cluster supply chain is studied.In this paper,evolutionary game theory is used to establish the evolutionary game model of knowledge sharing behavior between horizontal homogeneous enterprises and vertical heterogeneous enterprises in cluster supply chain.The evolutionary game process of enterprise knowledge sharing decisions in cluster supply chain and seven enterprise characteristics how to influence enterprises to make knowledge sharing decisions are analyzed.The research results show that the knowledge sharing behavior of cluster supply chain is mainly affected by the characteristics of the sharing of cost,sharing risk,marginal benefit,knowledge absorption capacity,the amount of knowledge sharing,incentive coefficient and penalty coefficient;reducing share cost and risk and improving marginal benefit,the ability to absorb knowledge and the amount of knowledge sharing,and establishing a sound incentive and punishment mechanism can enhance the willingness of enterprises to choose knowledge sharing in the cluster supply chain.Based on the research results,the paper gives the corresponding countermeasures to promote the knowledge sharing of enterprises in the cluster supply chain.
