Voting is an important part of people's politics and life. With the rapid development of information theory,internet-based electronic voting scheme has been widely used. The actual voting programme needs to satisfy the anonymity, legitimacy and confidentiality of voting information. In the current electronic voting scheme, most of the above security requirements are guaranteed by the classical cryptography theory based on difficult problems. However, quantum computing provides an efficient algorithm for solving some difficult mathematical problems, which also brings potential security risks to the existing electronic voting schemes. To overcome this, the concept of quantum voting based on the physical properties of the quantum itself is proposed. In quantum voting,it is important to design concrete scheme based on quantum authentication technology. However, the existing analysis shows that some current quantum voting schemes have usability and security problems. This paper redesigns the quantum voting scheme based on authentication technology, and studies two quantum voting design methods using entangled and non-entangled states respectively. In the study of quantum voting based on entangled states, this paper first summarizes a quantum voting model based on the local measurement of multi-body entangled states. In order to solve the problem of availability, this paper proposes a method of voting transmission based on controlled invisible transmission. In order to improve the security, this paper presents two strategies to prevent voters from denying the voting rights introducing arbitration. In the study of quantum voting based on non-entangled states, this paper introduces a special kind of quantum orthogonal product states. In this paper,a new quantum voting scheme is designed based on the fact that different particles in the same orthogonal product states can be transmitted separately and have nonentangled properties.Through security analysis,it can be found that the scheme can resist denial-of-service attacks, joint attacks, intercept retransmission attacks and other attack strategies. At the same time, the solution solves the problem of difficult to prepare entangled state and improves the practicability of voting scheme.
