High/low Viscosity Polyanionic Cellulose Synthesis Research And Process Package Design

Poly anionic cellulose(PAC)is a kind of anion and aliphatic and water-soluble cellulose ether.Because of its good performance in thickening,dispersion,suspension and other good characters,it has been widely used in various industry,such as food and medicine,oil drilling and cosmetics industry.With the rapid development of oil exploration and people's awareness of the growing importance of environmental issues,the demand for PAC in oil drilling is stably growing.Therefore,it comes to be quite significant for the research of PAC with excellent performance and stable property.The application of Poly anionic cellulose in oil drilling and food other aspects,was summarized in this paper,and the manufacturing techniques were also introduced.According to the traditional PAC production process,the experiments were conducted by analyzing the production conditions of PAC and adjusting the different parameters of the recipe.The conventional parameter range of recipe design of PAC were researching after the conditions such as DS,apparent viscosity and filtration loss were studied.The range of alkali dosage,water content,etherifying agent dosage and solvent consumption were determined.The results showed the production conditions such as PVC-LV:CNaOH=35%?50%,mH2O/mCellulose=0.9?1.26,mClCH2COONa/mCellulose=1.1?1.3,VIPA/mCellulose=15?21;PAC-HV:CNaOH=30%?50%,mH2O/mCellulose=1.35?1.50,mClCH2COONa/mCellulose=1.1?1.3,VIPA/mCellulose=15?21.On the basis of the previous studies,the effecting of glyoxal on performance of PAC was discussed in this paper.According to the simulation results,dissolution rate of PAC in water was greatly increased,while other properties basically remain unchanged.Process package,which contains design skills,design premise and process instructions was preliminary designed in this paper.And the profile of process package,the device size,raw material specification,performance index and reactor design were included in design skills.Also,the technique programs,operating conditions,process flow diagram(PID),layout of equipment,instrument diagram,process piping and apparatus list were described in the illustrates.In this paper,the synthesis of low and high viscosity poly anionic cellulose was discussed and process package was preliminary designed,which provided the basis for further industrialization.
