Now,after years of mining,shallow oil and gas resources increasingly scarce,and oil and gas drilling began to deep well,ultra deep drilling.But with the increase of drilling depth,hard formation drilling rate slow became one of the major problems efficiently for restricted deep well drilling,rotating impact drilling technology is a effectively technology to improve hard formation drilling rate,the core part is the impact of implementation.But existing impact due to structural reasons for the design of important working parts prone to erosion cracking and wear as well as welding and bonding panel parts,resulting in pressure leak,up and down of the piston cavity pressure is not maintained properly,the impact cannot continue to work,affecting hydraulic hammer performance and service life.Complex traditional testing methods testing methods,test issues such as lack of precision,the results are often unsatisfactory.CFD simulation of fluid-solid coupling technology to simulation the process of impact,resulting in its performance parameters,and can modify the model to optimize the results,can effectively improve the efficiency.This paper analyzes the valve type positive action,the valve type reaction,the suction and the jetting totally four typical working principle of double-acting hydraulic impactor,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each.Against disadvantages of four kinds of impactor,according to the requirements of the hydraulic impactor design,working principle,oil downhole tools and machinery design theory,designed a new type of impactor,and SOLIDWORKS software to map the impacter and its various components of the three-dimensional entity model.Design of key structure parameters of impactor refers to the double-acting hydraulic impact of locale data.Set up a double-acting hydraulic impactor of fluid-solid coupled numerical methods,simulation calculations,analyze the structure parameters and hydraulic parameters on performance of percussion effects,simulation analysis different structural parameters and hydraulic parameters on the influence law of impact performance,analyzed the different quality of piston,The upper section and the lower section of the cross-sectional area of the difference,fluid displacement,fluid density influence on impact energy and impact frequency,obtained the optimal combination plan.Numerical results for understanding the work of double-acting hydraulic impactor mechanical behavior and product has a guiding role,and at the same time as other type of impactor theory studies provide some reference.Impactor of designed is analyzed in the work of the most dangerous place erosion and the erosion nephogram and fluid velocity vector diagram.Analysis the hedge corrosion influence under different fluid displacement,fluid density and solid particle diameter,to extend the life of the impactor has certain guiding role.Numerical simulation of piston impact collision process of the anvil,and get the pistons stress and strain nephogram,and the piston structure optimization,reduce piston stress,increase the service life of the piston.
