It is an important role that in the coal, metallurgy, chemical industry, electric power industries diaphragm pump. Therefore, a new type of cost-effective to replace the traditional diaphragm pumps with mechanical diaphragm pump has become the trend of technological development.In this paper, displacement and pressure to meet the two performances based on the DP160-4-type diaphragm pumps for the power end to carry out analysis and design to solve the problems of conventional diaphragm pumps, diaphragm pump power end is designed hydraulic system, for our hydraulic. The development of diaphragm pumps provides a theoretical reference.This paper first analyzes the need for the development of hydraulic diaphragm pumps and trends, and then introduced the DP160-4 hydraulic diaphragm pumps of the overall design idea, and done with the traditional diaphragm contrast, can be seen by comparing, hydraulic diaphragm pumps can be solved many of the traditional diaphragm pumps can not solve problems. DP160-4 according to the design requirements of hydraulic diaphragm pumps, hydraulic systems on the power end design. Identified all the major parameters of the pump, and hydraulic pumps, hydraulic cylinders, accumulators and other major components, had made the choice and calculation, and use power bond graph method to establish the system main components of the model. Assembly method used to establish the system dynamic model, using Matlab/Simulink for the system dynamic simulation, simulation results can be seen that the impact of hydraulic pressure cylinder, piston velocity impact, as well as system response time can meet the design requirements, while the and pick up in the accumulator, the pressure and velocity fluctuations in the number and amplitude were significantly reduced, reaching the desired expectations and requirements. Finally, control of the hydraulic diaphragm pump power has been studied, and gives power end PLC controlled hydraulic system wiring diagrams and ladder.
