In recent years,with the rapid development of China's national defense,the explosives as an important material of providing powerful energy,plays more and more important role.But considering this kind of material exist bigger risk;moreover,today,s popular simulation analysis method compared with the real test has its outstanding advantage in many respects.Such as simulation test cost dramatically reduce then the real test;the cycle of get the results of analysis will be greatly shorten,At the same time,the real test person also can avoid danger.In view of simulation analysis in many aspects have the obvious advantages;this paper's research content is fire explosive sympathetic detonation effect of finite element simulation analysis result data visualization technology research.In order to get the higher fidelity in the implementation process,we choose particle system to simulation fire explosive.Specific work is as follows:First,fire explosive damage areas determine.That is to say,we should get the explosion particle's spatial explosive range when we use particle system to simulate the explosive.Through analysis and pretreatment the finite element analysis result data,we make the data of reflecting explosion parameter two-dimensional image.Then use canny operator to finish the picture explosion damage area edge extraction.Second,shape realism of the explosion particle.In the process of shape the particle's realism,we use texture mapping to a small rectangle to finish it.Third,between explosive particle and the explosion boundary's collision detection.As the innovation point of the detailed narration,the method is by judgment the straight line of the initial particle movement,s direction and the plane of each layer explosion boundary's intersection whether beyond the explosion boundary line.Finally,base on the universal model of the particle system,we complete the real?time virtual simulation's display of the fire explosive effect.Afier finish this work,we will find an improvements direction in the explosive formulation design.For example,through the simulation effect can be very intuitive to see how much smoke after the explosion.Touch the intensity of explosion pressure and energy when it explosive.So,if you want to get new requirement of the smoke or other pretreatment after the explosion.We just adjust the material or the amount of substance.
