Wetland is the functioning central of the ecosystem, the content and distribution characteristics of the C?N?P affect the ecological functions of wetlands or even the entire ecosystem in the wetland soils. So we toke the DaGu estuary wetland soil in the Jiaozhou Bay as study area, studied the distribution and ecological stoichiometry of the DaGu river estuary wetland soil in the Jiaozhou Bay.According to the different types of the two angles, which were the reed wetland soils under different flooding frequencies and the different types of soil under the same flood frequency,we juxtaposed and elaborated the level and vertical distribution characteristics of the C,N,P in the study area soil.Explored the correlation between the C,N,P.Detailed analysised of the impact of various environmental factors on each sampling point C,N,P content and ecological stoichiometry, and revealed the estuary wetland soil characteristics, with a view to providing the basis for recovery of wetland vegetation and management of wetland. The result showed that:(1)The total C,N,P element distribution of the DaGu river estuary reed wetland soil in the Jiaozhou Bay did not change with the flood frequency. The soil C,N,P content were 3.24-22.54 g/kg?0.25-1.08 g/kg?0.038-0.37 g/kg respectively, average were 8.93 g/kg?0.61 g/kg?0.15 g/kg respectively. The different types of the DaGu river estuary soil under the same flood frequency in the Jiaozhou Bay were 7.08-18.88 g/kg?0.46-1.19 g/kg,0.089-0.45 g/kg,respectively,average were 11.44 g/kg?0.76 g/kg?0.27 g/kg respectively.(2)Vertical distribution characteristics of the soil carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus in wetland of Jiaozhou bay were almost the same, and the overall trends were that content decreased with the depth increment, that the surface>the middle>the underlying.(3)The reed wetland soils under different flooding frequencies C and N were significantly associated,C and P were highly significant correlation N and P were significantly associated. The variation ranges of the C/N?C/P ? N/P were 9.86?24.90?31.06?91.95?2.01?7.03,the average were 14.66?60.15?4.26.The different types of soil under the same flood frequency C and N,C and P,N and P were highly significant correlation. The variation ranges of the C/N?C/P?N/P were 11.83?24.90?28.21?91.95?1.96?6.27,the average were 15.49?49.30?3.20.(4)pH and P,inorganic phosphorus,C/N,C/P,N/P,and so on,which were significant positive correlation. There were salinity of each nutrient highest correlation in the breeding pond. The water content of each nutrient was negatively correlated with bulk density and more complex elements.
