Application Research On Safety Evaluation Method Of Shale Gas Gathering And Transportation Trunk Line In Wei 204 Well Area

The accidents of pipelines occur from time to time.Serious economic losses,casualties and social influence will be caused once leakage happens.China has abundant shale gas resources,and hence developing shale gas and other unconventional gas resources in an active and ordered way is an important method for meeting the demands of natural gas in china.Therefore,it is necessary to use and research the safety assessment method in its design phase according to the real situation of the project.Gathering pipeline project of Wei 204 shale gas well area is one of the shale gas demonstration area construction projects in Changning-Weiyuan block of Sichuan Basin.This thesis used the principles and methods of safety system engineering,sorted out the common safety assessment methods,and analyzed and compared the advantages and disadvantages,and different applicable stages.It identified the dangerous and harmful factors of the gathering pipeline and gas stations,determined whether they were major hazard sources on the basis of the actual situation of Wei 204 shale gas gathering pipeline project according to the state laws,regulations and the standards.Safety checklist method is used to analyze and assess the gathering pipeline and gas stations qualitatively to determine whether they can comply with the safety laws,regulations and standards.DOW Chemical Company Fire and Explosion Index method is used to assess the risk of fire and explosion accident.And Kent risk assessment method is also used in it to assess the risk of gathering pipeline.Using DNV software to simulate and assess the consequence of leakage accident of gathering pipeline and gas stations,deternine the effects of the accident range.Appropriate safety countermeasures and suggestions are proposed according to the results of hazard identification and safety assessment.The successful application of qualitative and quantitative assessment methods in Wei 204 shale gas gathering pipeline project proves that such a method can support the safety management of pipeline engineering,and forms a set of safety assessment technology which is suitable for the shale gas gathering pipeline project.
